These are clear acrylic with a white backing for sublimation. 

Approx size as follows...

Turtle 1.81" x 2.5"

Chicken 1.91" x 2.5"

Cow head 2.96" x 2.5" 

Every press is different but I press mine at 385 for 50 seconds then place under something heavy until cool. DO NOT MIRROR IMAGE FOR THESE ONES.
